EHS Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EHS Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, safety (EHS), and

quality standards throughout the organization. This role plays a key part in driving a culture of safety

and continuous improvement, ensuring that both internal processes and external regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations and company quality

standards.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS and quality management systems (QMS).

- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify non-conformities and potential

hazards.

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective

and preventive actions.

- Lead safety and quality training initiatives to promote awareness and proper implementation across

teams.

- Monitor and report on EHS and quality KPIs; prepare documentation and reports for internal and

regulatory use.

- Support certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and coordinate with external

auditors when required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and HR to foster a strong

safety and quality culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related

field.

2–5 years of experience in an EHS and/or Quality Engineering role, preferably in an industrial or

manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and quality standards.

Certification in EHS or Quality (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Auditor, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
