Data Center Design High-End Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in CTC approval processes and local construction code requirements.

• Demonstrate solid experience in successfully obtaining CTC design approvals.

• Support customers with LLD (Low-Level Design) reviews and CTC approvals.

• Guide multi-disciplinary teams across complex data center design modules.

• Ensure high-quality design delivery aligning with business and technical objectives.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design consulting.

Languages:

• Fluent in French and English.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and industry-standard structural modeling software.

• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced, complex projects simultaneously.

• Strong project management, analytical, and consulting skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.

• Experience working in multi-cultural environments and managing technical and commercial interactions.

• Professional, reliable, and capable of leading teams independently.
