Data Center Civil Designer

Responsibilities:

• Perform civil foundation and steel structure calculations and prepare design drawings.

• Design Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for civil systems.

• Review civil designs with customers and consultants; support CTC design approval.

• Supervise on-site civil delivery and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in design consulting.

Languages:

• Fluent in French and English.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and industry-standard structural modeling software.

• Experienced with civil calculation software.

• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with strong project management skills.

• Effective communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

• Strong consulting, analytical, and conflict management skills.

• Experience in multi-cultural environments and multiple data center construction projects.

• Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently with limited supervision.
