As a Business Intelligence Analyst for the Telecom industry, your primary role would involve gathering and analyzing data from various telecommunications systems, such as CRM, billing, and network operation centers. This data is then utilized to improve Operations performance and make scientific strategic decisions. Big Data , and Big Data Analytics experience is mandatory

The goal of your analysis is to enhance network quality index, customer experience and retention by digging into detailed operations KPIs ,Business Intelligence (BI) allows for the development of personalized solutions based on data-driven insights, optimizing telecom Operations and Improving Network quality of service , Machine Learning , Artificial Intelligence , Python

Data Visualization: python (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, dash). R (ggplot).

Business Intelligence: Power BI, Tableau, PowerBi ,FineBI, Tableau

Data Manipulation & Analysis: Python ( pandas, numpy). R ( dplyr).

Database Management: SQLite, MySQL, postgreSQL

Machine Learning & AI: Scikit-learn, tensorflow, Keras.

Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, PIVOT CHART, VBA
