Responsibility Description

1. Commercial application-related processes: Organize the commercial application process, business calculation, organize reviews and decision-making, and track the closure of decision-making comments.
2. Contract writing: Participate in contract drafting, modification, and negotiation based on negotiation objectives and strategies, identify contract risks, and take measures to ensure contract quality.
3. Internal control management: Manage process risks under the sales process, and support rapid and healthy business growth by optimizing transaction flow policies and processes.

Education Background Requirements : master, bachelor

Work Experience Requirements : 1+ years

Language Skill : french and english Fluent

Business Skill

1. French is preferred, use English and chinese as the working language.
2. Have basic knowledge of finance, international trade, and operation management.
3. Be able to draft, revise and negotiate contracts.
4. Strong sense of service and quality, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills;
5. Experience in contract commerce within Huawei is preferred.
