Commercial & Contract Manager

Description:

1. Commercial Application Processes: Organize and manage the commercial application process, perform business calculations, coordinate reviews and decision-making, and ensure timely closure of decision-making comments.

2. Contract Management: Participate in drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts in line with negotiation objectives and strategies; identify potential contract risks and implement measures to ensure contract quality.

3. Internal Control Management: Oversee process risks within the sales cycle and support sustainable business growth through the optimization of transaction policies and workflows.

Business Skills:

1. Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages; French proficiency is preferred.

2. Solid understanding of finance, international trade, and operations management.

3. Proven ability to draft, revise, and negotiate contracts.

4. Strong sense of service, quality, and responsibility, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Strong ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in practice.

7. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
