Cloud Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales · Private Cloud Focus)

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business scenarios, identify pain points and requirements, and design tailored cloud solutions.
- Lead end-to-end cloud architecture design, covering compute, storage, networking, security, virtualization, and container platforms.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, bid documents, architecture diagrams, and cost models, ensuring feasibility and commercial competitiveness.
- Lead customer demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), technical Q&A, and solution presentations to strengthen customer confidence.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support opportunity development, bid strategy, and competitor solution comparison.
- Monitor industry technology trends, regularly produce market insights and competitive analysis, and drive iteration of cloud offerings.
- Provide architecture consulting and best practice guidance to ensure smooth delivery during implementation.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud computing, IT architecture, or virtualization, with VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes pre-sales or implementation background.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise virtualization, storage (SAN/NAS), networking, and security architecture, capable of independently completing solution design, cost estimation, and technical presentations.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex technology into clear business value.
- Familiar with pre-sales processes including requirements discovery, proposal writing, bid support, POC management, and competitor analysis.
- Experience with large enterprise customer projects, able to drive solution delivery in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Relevant certifications (HUAWEI Cloud HCIA/HCIP, VMware VCP, OpenStack, Kubernetes CKA, Cloud Security Certifications) are preferred.
