Role Overview
We’re hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing, selection, and placement processes for our international clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, internal HR, and leadership to ensure fast, high-quality hiring.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote flexibility with in-person collaboration (for training, onboarding, or interviews).
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for international clients across multiple sectors.
Use job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
Maintain an organized and updated talent database.
Candidate Management
Conduct structured interviews and assess skills, experience, and fit.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding handover with HR.
Client & Internal Collaboration
Partner with account managers to understand client needs and role requirements.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
Align sourcing strategies with business priorities and project deadlines.
Process & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and reporting.
Support continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools.
Participate in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and referral programs.
Your Profile
2–5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or internal), ideally in IT, digital, or professional services.
Strong sourcing skills.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.
Organized, responsive, and confident with candidates and clients alike.
Experience in international or cross-cultural recruitment is a strong plus.
