The Role

We are hiring a Senior Odoo Developer (4+ years experience) to design, customize, and optimize Odoo ERP solutions. You’ll take ownership of development, collaborate with international teams, and deliver impactful ERP implementations across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Build, test, and deploy new features, workflows, and automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with consultants and end-users to align business needs with solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

✅ 4+ years proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
✅ Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL.
✅ Experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb, APIs.
✅ Skilled in problem-solving, debugging, and module migration.
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
✅ Strong communication in English or French (both is a plus).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Familiarity with Git / version control systems.
