Logistics Coordinator

About the Opportunity

For one of our clients, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support and optimize day-to-day logistics and operational activities. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating installations, managing shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring smooth execution of projects across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to operational success.

Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Algeria Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installations across multiple locations.

• Manage shipping and logistics for equipment, partners, and project sites.

• Collaborate closely with field technicians to ensure successful deployments.

• Track inventory, shipments, and project status across active operations.

• Communicate with internal teams to align on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges efficiently.

• Support the development and improvement of operational processes and systems.

• Maintain accurate records, tracking tools, and reporting documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, project coordination, or a related field.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

• Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field operations or installations.

• Background in logistics-intensive, event-based, or hardware-related environments.

• Familiarity with inventory management and shipping processes.

• Experience using Monday.com.
