About the Job

• Junior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from receiving hiring requirements through to the successful placement of consultants.

• Working closely with the Customer Success Coordinator and Senior Management, the role ensures that clients are presented with high-quality candidates in a timely manner while delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• This role combines talent sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment process management, making it a key contributor to the company's ability to connect exceptional talent with business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to successful consultant placement.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success Coordinator and Senior Management to understand client requirements and hiring priorities

• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Present shortlisted candidates and coordinate candidate interviews and manage the interview process

• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process and ensure an excellent candidate experience

• Support offer management and coordinate the placement and onboarding process

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal processes and data privacy standards

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a any related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, staffing, or HR consulting.

• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools and job boards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
