About the job

We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Coordinator to support one of our U.S.-based clients:  a major American technology company and a national leader in its industry across North America.

You’ll work closely with the Director of City Networks and Regional Sales Managers to support recruiting, onboarding, sales opportunities, and day-to-day operations across multiple markets.

This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups

• Support onboarding and help new team members get fully activated

• Keep recruiting, onboarding, and sales pipelines organized

• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to keep priorities and follow-ups moving

• Handle qualified inbound opportunities, including introductory calls and product demos

• Track deadlines, action items, and key updates

• Help prepare weekly reports and performance insights

• Improve internal processes and help the department scale

What We’re Looking For

• Perfect spoken and written English

• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

• Experience in project coordination, operations, account coordination, or a similar role

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
