Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a senior, creative Graphic Designer to own and elevate our visual identity across digital, web, and presentation materials. This role goes beyond execution — we need someone who can think creatively, bring ideas to life, and translate business goals into strong visual storytelling.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams in an international, fast-paced environment where design has real impact.

Work Hours: 11am-8pm Algiers Time, Sunday to Thursday

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute creative design work across multiple channels, including web, presentations, marketing, and internal materials

• Design and improve web visuals, UI mockups, landing pages, and digital experiences

• Create pitch decks, investor presentations, sales decks, and branded templates

• Contribute to the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries

• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and leadership teams

• Adapt and optimize design assets across digital and print formats

• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and professional visual storytelling

• Proactively suggest creative concepts, improvements, and new visual directions

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level experience with a strong, proven portfolio

• Solid expertise in Figma, Illustrator, and Canva

• Excellent eye for layout, typography, spacing, and color

• Good understanding of responsive and user-centered design

• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)

• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

• Experience in startups, agencies, or international environments is a strong plus
