Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned product(s)/portfolio (Planning, Budgeting, Product Development Plan) in alignment with the group's overall strategy.
Develop a relevant marketing plan.
Prepare and present various budget reviews (business reviews) and the business plan.
Manage and monitor the product budget (expenses and product/portfolio performance tracking).
Conduct benchmarking on competitive and regulatory aspects of the product(s) under their responsibility.
Analyze the market using various tools (IQVIA, primary and secondary market research).
Define and design promotional campaigns, and evaluate and improve them.
Plan and organize key events (congresses, symposia, etc.).
Train the sales team (Medical Representatives) on the product strategy and communication axes.
Ensure compliance with all group procedures.
Education and Knowledge:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager (Confirmed to Senior level).
Higher education degree in Medicine, Veterinary Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biology.
Knowledge of digital marketing is an asset.
Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Sales experience is desirable.
Ability to anticipate market expectations.
Strong organizational skills, rigor, clarity, and attention to detail.
Agility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
