Technical Engineering Lead

Main responsibilities :

The Technical Engineer will lead the Technical Team (Electrical and Mechanical) to ensure the proper Maintenance systems are implemented and executed in a rigorous way.

• Review weekly/monthly schedule to ensure operating strategy adherence
• Lead and coach Breakdown elimination process
• Be part of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses
• Review costs and identify actions on a monthly basis plan
• Coach Maintenance and Electrical Leaders
• Have a good Knowledge on production systems

Specific skills / Personality :

• Holder of an Engineer Degree
• Previous experience within an industry, preferably multinational FMCG
• Strong Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, technology budgets management
• Strong Leadership, coaching and mobilization skills
• Strong communication in both French and English
