Main responsibilities :

  1. Business: Ensure the achievement of assigned business objectives through better coverage, distribution and availability of the company's products
  2. Organization: Train and support the sales force according to Henkel Group standards.

Activities Details:

1. Business:

  • Achieve in/out targets (channel/SKU) by distributor / wilaya.
  • Follow-up of the complete Sell-in process from purchase order to delivery.
  • Ensure profitability by distributor according to communicated objectives
  • Ensure distribution costs in line with communicated objectives.
  • Deal with distributor complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meticulous monitoring of receivables by distributor through the development of a monthly payment plan.
  • Monitor stocks by distributor / Platform / Channel and ensure optimum availability by SKU.
  • Achievement of assigned distribution KPIs:

- Visite Rate

- Success Rate %

-Return Rade

-On Shelf Availability (OSA)

-Drop Size

-# SKU/ invoice

- Implement and monitor trade marketing activities (promotions, visibility, loyalty programs, events) by channel (Details & wholesale).

- Maintain a permanent presence in the sector, to understand customer needs and market trends.

- Monitor & report on competitive activities.

- Ensure that monthly schedules are drawn up and adhered to by teams (Supervisors & Fields).

- Analyze and evaluate achievements Vs objectives and implement corrective actions.

- Implement RTM projects in collaboration with the RTM team.

- Draw up & share monthly sales forecasts.

- Confidentiality and compliance with Henkel Group procedures.

2. Organization :

- Provide local management daily frequence.

- Maintain synergy between distributor / Henkel teams.

- Occasionally assist his/her team in managing difficult contacts.

- Prevent and regulate conflicts and difficult behavior among team members.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance.

- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to team members.

- Evaluate the performance of Supervisors & Fields and implement corrective actions and share with the central team.

- Recruit, train and ensure a clear succession plan.

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal rules and Henkel guidelines.

Specific skills / Personality :

- Computer skills (Microsoft)

- Daily reporting

- Organize and lead meetings

- Lead occasional training sessions

- Produce reports and provide ongoing feedback.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and line managers

- Respect for commitments and customer orientation

- Good time and priority management skills.
