PURCHASING RAW MATERIAL EXECUTIVE

Presentation of the company:

SARL HAYAT DHC Algeria, founded in 2005, is present in the household cleaning products sector with its brands BINGO and TEST; baby diapers and wipes with MOLFIX and BEBEM, sanitary napkins with MOLPED.

Responsibilities:

• Check the definitions, quantities, annexes, intended uses, request dates, and approvals from the relevant authorities for all requests entered in SAP by the Planning Department (Packaging and Raw Materials). Forward all requests to the Holding Procurement Director with superior approval in order to receive the list of approved suppliers and prices.

• Submit for approval first to the immediate superior and then to the General Manager by converting the SATs into SAPs based on the list of approved suppliers and prices provided by the Holding Procurement Department.

• Send the approved SASs along with the updated TDSs to the suppliers by email.

• Receive order confirmations, record them in the follow-up files, and inform the Planning Department of the orders placed.

• Check confirmation forms based on definition, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery method, and delivery deadline, and notify the supplier of any discrepancies while informing the superior and ensuring the necessary corrections are made.

• Monitor orders in real time according to the requested delivery dates. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in international purchasing and procurement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of information systems applied to the purchasing function.

• Proficient in MS Office tools (MS Excel, Power BI); knowledge of SAP software.

• Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
