Communication Manager

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Manager to join our team in Algiers, Algeria. The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing and communication, with a strong ability to lead and manage communication strategies effectively. This permanent position requires a Bachelor's Degree (LMD, Bac +3) and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of our company as a key member of the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Manage internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand image.

• Lead and coordinate the communication team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, press releases, newsletters, and digital content.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze communication campaigns’ effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Organize and manage corporate events, press conferences, and promotional activities.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all communication efforts.

• Collaborate with other departments to support product launches, corporate announcements, and crisis communication.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (LMD, Bac +3 minimum).

• 6 to 10 years of proven experience in communication and marketing roles, preferably in managerial positions.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.

• Ability to develop creative and innovative communication campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on communication performance.
