Refinery Process & Performance Manager

Halkorb RH seeks on behalf of its customer, a multinational company in food and retail sector, aRefinery Process & Performance Manager.

Responsabilities:

• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure that operations comply with established procedures.

• Implement and follow approved policies, systems and procedures within the refinery.

• Ensure the efficiency of refining processes, control of oil flows, and use of consumables required for production.

• Prepare regular reports on equipment performance (EST), chemical consumption, downtime and facility reliability.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and responsible environmental management.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize productivity, reduce costs and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• University degree in science, engineering or agronomy.

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the management of refining operations or in the consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

• Proven team management, process optimization and continuous improvement skills.

• Knowledge of safety standards and best environmental practices.

• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent oral and written English.
