HSE Manager

Halkorb RH seeks on behalf of its customer, a multinational company in food and retail sector , a HSE Manager.

Missions du poste :

• Support the deployment and implementation of the site HSE policy within the organization.
• Define and follow up daily operations with the HSE coordinators.
• Develop and monitor health and safety procedure.
• Maintain policies and procedures related to HSE, including regular review of audits and inspections.
• Ensure that roles and responsibilities of the health and safety supervisor are well defined.
• Identify and assess risks and advise on appropriate risk management techniques.
• Monitor the wastewater treatment operations and ensure regulations compliance related to the environment.
• Manage in collaboration with other head departments the site’s daily housekeeping operations.
• Lead and participate in incident and accident investigation and review findings for accuracy, and suggest appropriate corrective/preventive actions.

Profil recherché :

• Master’s degree in health and safety or in another relevant technical field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field or FMCG.

• Experience in conducting ISO certification audits.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in applying HSE practices, legislation, and regulation.

• Fluent verbal and written communications skills in Arabic, French and English.
