We are looking for two talented Graphic Designers to join our creative team in Algiers, Burj Al-Kifan Algeria. The ideal candidates will have between 1 to 5 years of experience in creation and design, ranging from beginner to experienced levels. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative and engaging designs that align with our brand identity and client needs. We welcome candidates with a High School Diploma who are eager to grow and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print media including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and websites.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.

• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms while maintaining brand guidelines.

• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve work quality.

• Assist in the creation of logos, icons, and other branding materials as needed.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a high-quality final product.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in graphic design is a plus.

• Ability to accept constructive criticism and adapt designs accordingly.
