From Com is a growing marketing & creative agency working with brands in Saudi Arabia in the automotive industry industry. We manage their full digital presence: strategy, content, social media, ads and performance.
We are now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and handle social media for our Saudi clients.
Main Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop social media strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives (awareness, engagement, leads, conversions).
Build monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn.
Adapt tone of voice and content style for each brand and platform (B2C / B2B).
Content & Community Management
Write engaging captions in Gulf Arabic and English.
Brief the design/video team with clear concepts, ideas and references.
Manage daily posting, community interactions, replies to comments & DMs.
Suggest content ideas (UGC, trends, Reels/TikToks, stories, contests, etc.) relevant to the Saudi market.
Campaigns & Paid Support
Coordinate with the Marketing team on social media campaigns (objectives, message, audience).
Prepare content and copy for sponsored campaigns and special offers.
Suggest collaborations with micro-influencers when relevant.
Reporting & Optimization
Monitor performance across platforms (reach, engagement, clicks, leads, etc.).
Prepare simple, clear monthly reports for clients with insights and next steps.
Propose improvements based on data, trends and audience feedback.
