The Sales & Marketing Manager will unify all commercial functions—B2B sales, B2C sales, marketing, and communication. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening the Academy’s brand, and ensuring sales promises align with service delivery.
This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution,ng small with existing staff and progressively building a professionalized department.
1. Strategy & Alignment :
● Develop and implement an integrated Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with the pedagogical method and Academy mission.
● Balance B2B corporate growth (priority) with B2C and VIP segments.
● Collaborate with Finance and Pedagogy teams on pricing, offers, and packaging. ● Ensure commercial practices uphold a student-first, service-first culture.
2. Sales Leadership :
● Own the B2B sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, contracts, renewals, and upselling. ● Supervise B2C and VIP sales assistants, setting clear processes for follow-up and conversion. ● Define sales standards (lead qualification, response time, reporting, closing). ● Forecast revenue and collaborate with Finance for accuracy.
3. Marketing & Communication :
● Lead the marketing and communication team (digital marketing, community management, creative support).
● Oversee campaigns across digital and offline channels.
● Ensure messaging reflects the pedagogical method identity and learner outcomes. ● Plan and manage events, webinars, and promotional activities.
● Introduce CRM and marketing automation progressively to improve efficiency.
4. Brand Management :
● Safeguard and strengthen the Follow Me Academy brand.
● Ensure consistent representation across all communication channels. ● Monitor online reputation and address issues proactively.
● Build advocacy through testimonials, video reviews, case studies, and referrals. ● Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, universities, and institutions.
5. Team Development & Collaboration :
● Manage and coach a small existing team, growing it step by step.
● Clarify role boundaries to avoid overlaps (assistants execute, manager leads strategy). ● Foster collaboration with Pedagogy, Quality & Student Experience, Finance, and HR. ● Recruit, onboard, and train new staff as the department expands.
6. Performance & Reporting :
● Track and report performance metrics monthly and quarterly.
● Manage sales and marketing budgets with financial discipline.
● Monitor pipeline, campaign ROI, client retention, and satisfaction.
● Progressively introduce advanced metrics (CAC, LTV, ROMI, forecast accuracy).
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
● 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with strong preference for B2B/corporate training.
● Experience managing and growing small teams.
● Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM systems (or willingness to implement gradually). ● Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication; French/Arabic a plus in Algerian/regional context.
● Alignment with Follow Me Academy’s mission of service quality and transformation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Core KPIs (must-have):
● Enrollment growth: +15% year-over-year.
● Lead conversion: 20% or more.
● B2B client retention: 80% or higher.
● Campaign ROI and engagement rates.
● Client satisfaction: NPS/CSAT 80%+.
Advanced KPIs (preferred, progressive):
● Forecast accuracy (±10%).
● Cost of Acquisition (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), ROMI.
● Pipeline coverage and velocity.
● No-show recovery rates for demos/classes.
NOTE : The Team He Will lead: sales assistants (B2B & B2C), digital marketing specialist, and community managers.

By unifying fragmented sales and marketing activities, strengthening the brand, and focusing on B2B expansion, this leader will ensure the Academy delivers on its vision: to become the best school providing service excellence and life-changing experiences in Algeria and internationally.
