Sales & Marketing Manager (Remote)

📌 Job Description

We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth and performance marketing for a GCC-focused digital project.

This is a fully remote position open to experienced professionals who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing the full sales and marketing engine, from lead generation to conversion and revenue scaling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies

• Build and optimize sales funnels (Lead → Conversion → Retention)

• Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)

• Track and improve KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CAC, LTV)

• Manage CRM systems and sales pipeline

• Provide weekly performance reporting

• Coordinate with remote team members

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales and/or Digital Marketing

• Proven track record in revenue growth

• Strong experience in performance marketing

• Experience using CRM and sales automation tools

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
