Digital Integration Executive
We are seeking a skilled Digital Integration Executive to provide end-user support and ensure seamless digital integration for our customers/ consumers platforms users. The role involves diagnosing, researching, and troubleshooting technical issues related to software, hardware, networking, and web platform maintenance, along with a close follow-up of all ongoing web projects with 3 rd party agency.
Main missions :
- Create and tag audiences.
- Manage user activation, deactivation, and re-onboarding.
- Conduct control checks before final onboarding.
- Approve/reject user registrations.
- User Onboarding and Management:
- Execute monthly segmentation.
- Update user information and codification using BOOMI.
- Implement and follow up on database cleaning processes.
- Define and maintain healthy database criteria.
Database Management:
- Generate reports and propose technical enhancements.
- Ensure efficient issue resolution and follow up on Jira/Qbranch tickets.
- Manage multiple support cases and test new technologies.
- Provide timely customer feedback and support for new applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Technical Support Requirements:
- Deliver training on market digital insights, web product details, digital tools, and platform usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Expertise in Salesforce systems (Highly recommended)
- Expertise in Web development (Highly recommended)
- Expertise in Web Analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Einstein (Highly recommended)
- Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco (preferred).
- Experience in tech support or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (English, French, Arabic).
