CS Business Management Professional

Main Mission :

• Support the efficient execution of CS Business Management processes to contribute to CS revenue growth and market development:

• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive landscape

• Maintain and analyze customer base data and identify business opportunities

• Support service portfolio, offerings, pricing, and CRM administration

• Assist with contract management activities

• Contribute to the development of customer- and market-oriented service offerings, communication materials, and marketing initiatives

• Participate in the development, rollout, and implementation of new services and business opportunities within the country product management framework, including support for special service campaigns

Support the implementation of customer satisfaction surveys, collect customer feedback data, and prepare trend analysis reports for management review
