Technical-Functional Project Manager

Mission:

• Support the Consumer & Commercial IT projects' delivery
• Contribute to the design, configuration, and daily support of new tools and engage with business partners to identify business problems.
• Contribute to the cybersecurity assessment for all solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

Technical Skills required:

• Cloud Computing: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Cybersecurity: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including risk management
• Software Development: Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps
• System Integration: Experience with system integration and API management
• IT Governance: Understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering/computer science.
• At least 1-2 years of professional service delivery experience in international or complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with commercial tools and project management skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Project management certification is an asset.
