Product Training Specialist
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners on company products, services, or processes.
Develop training materials and guides to ensure the efficient transfer of knowledge.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance assessments.
Stay updated on product developments to provide accurate and relevant training.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their training needs and adapt content accordingly.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or an electronic field.
Strong communication and presentation skills. (English, French, Arabic).
Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in training methodologies and tools.
Experience in product or technical training is highly desirable.
