Overview of tasks:
Support the Consumer & Commercial projects' delivery
Contribute to the design, configuration, and daily support of new tools and engage with business partners to identify business problems.
Contribute to the cybersecurity assessment for all solutions
Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team
Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Technical Skills:
Cloud Computing: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Cybersecurity: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including risk management
Software Development: Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps
System Integration: Experience with system integration and API management
IT Governance: Understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements
