Key Responsibilities:
Medical Channel Management:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility within medical institutions, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to drive product awareness and advocacy.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective brand positioning and messaging in the medical field.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within the healthcare sector.
Brand Activation & Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute brand activation initiatives such as product launches, sponsorships, medical conferences, and professional seminars.
Develop promotional materials tailored for medical professionals and ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate digital and offline campaigns targeted at HCPs and other medical stakeholders.
Work with agencies and internal teams to create compelling marketing content,presentations, and training materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure compliance and brand alignment in all activities.
Support training programs for sales and medical representatives to enhance product knowledge and communication strategies.
Assist in the development of key presentations, reports, and performance analysis for internal stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand performance in medical channels.
Conduct market research and analyze feedback from HCPs to optimize branding strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance brand performance in the medical channel.
Qualifications & Expérience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related
field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in brand management, medical marketing, or
pharmaceutical sales/marketing.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience in event planning and execution.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines in medical marketing is a plus.
