Key Responsibilities:
Medical Channel Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility within medical institutions, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to drive product awareness and advocacy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective brand positioning and messaging in the medical field.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within the healthcare sector.
Brand Activation & Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute brand activation initiatives such as product launches, sponsorships, medical conferences, and professional seminars.
- Develop promotional materials tailored for medical professionals and ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate digital and offline campaigns targeted at HCPs and other medical stakeholders.
- Work with agencies and internal teams to create compelling marketing content,presentations, and training materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure compliance and brand alignment in all activities.
- Support training programs for sales and medical representatives to enhance product knowledge and communication strategies.
- Assist in the development of key presentations, reports, and performance analysis for internal stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand performance in medical channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze feedback from HCPs to optimize branding strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance brand performance in the medical channel.
Qualifications & Expérience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related
field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in brand management, medical marketing, or
pharmaceutical sales/marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines in medical marketing is a plus.
