About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer Backend (Spring Boot & Microservices) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices that power our platform. Your focus will be on building robust, high-performance backend services using Spring Boot, ensuring seamless integration, security, and efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver innovative features that enhance the user experience and automate HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered chatbots, document summarization tools, and automated HR assistants.
• Develop and fine-tune generative AI models (LLMs, transformers) to power HR automation and intelligent decision-making.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance document processing and chatbot interactions.
• Optimize AI models for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in a production environment.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate AI capabilities into microservices and APIs.
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge AI research and suggest improvements to existing systems.
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance, ensuring high reliability in real-world applications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Python, with proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience in designing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Knowledge of data processing pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for managing AI models in production.
• Hands-on experience with API development to expose AI capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of cloud AI services (e.g., Google AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
