Validation Officer

EL KENDI is hiring a Validation Officer to support and oversee critical compliance activities within our facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to ensure the highest standards of quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Your Responsibilities:Prepare and finalize cleaning validation, qualification, and calibration documents, including protocols, reports, and SOPs.
• Update and monitor dashboards and QMex Modules for validation, qualification, and calibration activities.
• Ensure proper archiving of validation and calibration documentation in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
• Review and amend existing validation and qualification protocols to ensure compliance with updated regulations.
• Support the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and utilities.
• Conduct cleaning validation activities in compliance with cGMP, ICH, WHO, and ISO standards.

• Qualifications:A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and ISO standards, as well as validation regulations.
• Familiarity with documentation control systems, internal SOPs, and basic statistical tools.
