We are looking for a motivated Trade Marketing Coordinator who will drive the implementation of impactful marketing initiatives across pharmacies and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective execution of trade marketing activities, strengthen brand visibility, and support commercial success in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the annual Trade Marketing plan, including events, in-store animations, and promotional operations.
  • Deploy marketing campaigns in the field, ensuring alignment with branding and sales goals (POS materials, promotions, pharmacy activations).
  • Collaborate with the sales force to maintain consistency in trade initiatives and optimize field execution.
  • Coordinate internally with purchasing teams for the organization of marketing events and logistics.
  • Work closely with agencies, printers, and external service providers to manage production and deployment of materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade actions using KPIs such as ROI, sales uplift, and field feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence to identify market trends, opportunities, and best practices in the pharmaceutical retail sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication (Bac +3 to Bac +5).

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in operational marketing, trade marketing, or field sales in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.

Languages:
Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English – both written and spoken.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of trade marketing principles and pharmaceutical retail channels.
  • Working knowledge of merchandising techniques and consumer activation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
