Job Scope:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing administrative and operational activities in close collaboration with the commercial team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain accurate customer data within the management system.
- Oversee the back-office team in managing sales administration activities,
- Ensure smooth communication between the Sales team and other departments.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and Finance on portfolio price updates.
- Ensure all customer requests and inquiries are properly handled.
- Proactively collect and communicate relevant updates to internal teams.
- Support high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient coordination.
- Ensure monthly sales closing activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Production regarding product availability based on the production plan.
- Calculate and submit the monthly rolling sales forecast to the Production department.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency and productivity.
- Lead back-office operational optimization projects.
Job Requirements:
- Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Commercial Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, or Back-Office Management).
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of sales administration processes and order-to-cash cycle.
- Experience in supervising back-office or sales support teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and sales management software.
- Good understanding of pricing policies and commercial conditions.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production.
- Strong forecasting and reporting skills.
