Job Scope:The Product Specialist is responsible for managing and promoting products within the hospital segment. Acting as the product expert and primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, this role contributes to achieving sales objectives and enhancing product visibility in the hospital market.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bac+5 in sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Veterinary, Dentistry).
- Experience: Minimum 04 years in pharmaceutical industry, with proven experience in KOL management, including heads of hospital departments and presidents of scientific societies.
- Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus.
- Job location: Alger/ (Aptitude for travel: multiples HR)

Duties and Responsibilities:- Commercial Development: Identify and develop business opportunities in the hospital sector, manage a targeted product portfolio to meet the needs of hospitals, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Product Support: Provide precise technical and scientific information about products to healthcare professionals, conduct product presentations at meetings, congresses, or seminars, and collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Perform market analysis, track trends and competitors, identify client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and clinic decision-makers, work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, sales).
