Product Specialist

The Product Specialist is responsible for managing and promoting products within the hospital segment. Acting as the product expert and primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, this role contributes to achieving sales objectives and enhancing product visibility in the hospital market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business opportunities in the hospital sector, manage a targeted product portfolio to meet the needs of hospitals, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide precise technical and scientific information about products to healthcare professionals, conduct product presentations at meetings, congresses, or seminars, and collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
• Perform market analysis, track trends and competitors, identify client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and clinic decision-makers, work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, sales).

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bac+5 in sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Veterinary, Dentistry).
• Experience: Significant experience (2-5 years) in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the hospital sector.
• Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus.
