We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Manager for our oncology project, who will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive sales growth by developing and executing a strategic marketing plan within set timelines and budgets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Brand Plans, ensuring effective execution.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Establish and oversee action plans to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts within deadlines and continuously assess their accuracy.
  • Evaluate the impact and relevance of marketing strategies, making necessary adjustments.
  • Manage Oncology product launches and oversee the existing product portfolio.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and partners.
  • Optimize resource allocation and monitor expenses.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance business outcomes.
  • Develop marketing materials and provide training to the Field Force for campaign execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Degree in Medicine, Veterinary Science, Biology, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or a Master's in Marketing.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in marketing and proven experience in oncology.

Languages: Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).

Professional Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills for market and environmental assessment.
  • Ability to establish sales and expense forecasts.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience managing a hospital KOL portfolio.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Organizational skills for meeting and project management.
