Personnel Transportation Supervisor

Job Scope:

We are seeking a Personnel Transportation Supervisor to oversee and optimize employee transportation operations across our sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the employee transportation plan aligned with operational shifts.

• Coordinate daily with the external transportation provider to ensure service excellence.

• Monitor KPIs and optimize routes and transportation costs.

• Manage incidents and ensure high employee satisfaction.

• Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sites.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Administration.

- Experience:  Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in transportation management or related field.

• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred).

• Vendor management experience is an asset.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

• High level of responsiveness and accountability.

• Strong communication skills.
