Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of our equipment at our production site in Rahmania, Algiers.

In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining technical installations, improving equipment efficiency, and contributing to the company’s operational success.

Your Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repair

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Carry out electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance in line with established procedures. Operations Management
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely interventions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and efficiency. Safety & Compliance
• Adhere to safety regulations and internal company procedures.
• Ensure all equipment meets industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Assist in technical audits and inspections. Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and automation.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and preventive maintenance techniques. Personal Traits
