We are looking for a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to develop and nurture strategic relationships with our key wholesale accounts (Grossistes) in the East region (Constantine or Setif).

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth and managing the sales of TMS & IMS products, while aligning with the company’s overarching objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:

  • Identify and target key accounts in your region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
  • Engage in new client prospecting and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

Sales Development:

  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with the commercial and medical teams.
  • Meet and exceed the sales targets set by management.
  • Negotiate annual agreements and commercial conditions with clients.
  • Track and manage sales performance with clients.
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales operations.

Internal Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, commercial back office, warehouse, finance, business analytics) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Collect sales and stock data from wholesalers.

Market & Competitor Insights:

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and track market developments.
  • Provide key competitive intelligence.
  • Assess market risks and opportunities.

Client Training & Support:

  • Share detailed product information with clients.

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a KAM, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

Languages: Fluency in French and Arabic (written and spoken) and English proficiency is a plus.

Professional Skills:

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical wholesale clients.
  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio.

Personal Traits:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to establish long-term customer relationships.

  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
