Job Scope:
The Indirect Procurement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the procurement of indirect goods and services in compliance with company policies and cost-efficiency goals. He/she coordinates purchasing requests, supplier management, and contract administration to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in procurement or administrative purchasing roles, preferably in indirect procurement.
Language: Fluent in French, Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Professional Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of procurement principles
• Knowledge of contract and supplier management
• Familiarity with ERP systems

Duties and Responsibilities
• Process purchase requisitions for indirect goods and services
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations
• Prepare comparative analysis and assist in supplier selection
• Ensure timely follow-up of orders and deliveries
• Support contract administration and renewal tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures
• Maintain updated supplier databases and documentation
• Archive procurement documents as per company policy
• Generate reports on procurement activity and cost savings
