First Line Manager

Job Summary:

Manage and coach a team of medical-pharmaceutical delegates and develop sales in the region.

Main Duties:

·        Managing a team

·        Coaching and developing team members

·        Implementing a regional action plan and ensuring its proper execution

·        Managing the KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) portfolio and partners

·        Optimal resource management and monitoring medical activities

Requirements:

·        Certification: Degree in Medicine, Veterinary Science, Biology, or Pharmacy.

·        Experience: 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

·        Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic, French.

·        Location Job: Tizi Ouzou
