Maintenance Technician – Biosimilars 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support operations within a biosimilar manufacturing facility.

The role involves ensuring the optimal functioning, maintenance, and availability of production equipment and pharmaceutical utility systems in a highly regulated GMP environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining compliance, product quality, operational reliability, and safety standards specific to biosimilar production processes.

Education : 

• BTS or Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Industrial Maintenance

• Electromechanics

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Industrial Automation

• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biosimilar manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

• Mechanical, electrical, and basic instrumentation maintenance skills.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and bioprocess utilities (HVAC, Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), clean steam).

• Understanding of GMP requirements in biologics / biosimilar production.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.

• Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

• Strong troubleshooting and rapid intervention capabilities.

• High level of responsibility, rigor, and compliance mindset.

• Team-oriented with strong service and quality focus.

• Strict adherence to GMP, safety, and biosafety procedures.
