Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Service Coordinator who will ensure efficient scheduling of deliveries and pickups, manage customer bookings, coordinate internal resources, and follow up on complaints, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with internal procedures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize customer pickups and deliveries according to priorities and resource availability.
• Coordinate with the Distribution, Sales, and Back Office teams to ensure adherence to planned deadlines.
• Confirm pickup and delivery time slots with customers through the designated application or communication channels.
• Monitor daily scheduled operations and manage any necessary adjustments in real time.
• Update planning information accurately in internal systems (ERP / planning tools).
• Identify, analyze, and report any operational delays or anomalies.
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints related to deliveries and services.
• Propose corrective actions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and documentation of operational and customer records.
• Prepare operational follow-up and incident reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
• Experience: Experience in a similar role or within the distribution/logistics sector.
• Languages: Good written, spoken, and reading proficiency in Arabic and French; English is an asset. 

Professional Knowledge:

• Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools.
• Strong understanding of operational coordination and distribution processes.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of safety and environmental practices.
