We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Service Coordinator who will ensure efficient scheduling of deliveries and pickups, manage customer bookings, coordinate internal resources, and follow up on complaints, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with internal procedures.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize customer pickups and deliveries according to priorities and resource availability.
- Coordinate with the Distribution, Sales, and Back Office teams to ensure adherence to planned deadlines.
- Confirm pickup and delivery time slots with customers through the designated application or communication channels.
- Monitor daily scheduled operations and manage any necessary adjustments in real time.
- Update planning information accurately in internal systems (ERP / planning tools).
- Identify, analyze, and report any operational delays or anomalies.
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints related to deliveries and services.
- Propose corrective actions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and documentation of operational and customer records.
- Prepare operational follow-up and incident reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in a similar role or within the distribution/logistics sector.
- Languages: Good written, spoken, and reading proficiency in Arabic and French; English is an asset.
Professional Knowledge:
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools.
- Strong understanding of operational coordination and distribution processes.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and SOPs.
- Basic knowledge of safety and environmental practices.
