Sales Analyst

Job Scope:
The Sales Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, modeling, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making and business performance monitoring. The role ensures the reliability of reporting systems, automation of data processes, and the development of analytical dashboards and KPIs for different business functions.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is preferred.

Professional Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and Power Pivot
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data automation techniques
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard development
• Strong understanding of data analysis and commercial KPIs
• Knowledge of automated reporting systems and analytical tools

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Collection, Management & Governance

• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources, including ERP, CRM, IQVIA, and field force files.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability of commercial data.
• Structure and automate data flows to optimize reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance practices and data management processes.

Data Modeling & Business Intelligence Development

• Design, develop, and maintain analytical databases and data repositories.
• Develop and optimize SQL and SQL Analysis Services (SSAS) data models.
• Create datasets and data models tailored to business and analytical requirements.
• Support the automation of reporting processes and enhance BI system performance.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel tools.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and business performance indicators.
• Produce regular reports and analytical dashboards for commercial teams and management.
• Implement automated reporting solutions to support analysis and decision-making processes.

Business Analytics & Decision Support

• Transform complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Support sales forecasting activities and trend analysis initiatives.
• Assist commercial teams in leveraging BI tools and analytical solutions effectively.
• Contribute to the development of predictive analytics models and decision-support solutions.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver analytical solutions.
