Engineering Manager

Description:

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to will be responsible of all the tasks related to the factory business and maintaining the reliability of the work.

Executive & Technical Duties :

• 1. Management of supervisors

  2. Coordination of preventive and curative maintenance work with the supervisors of the two departments

  3. Verification and monitoring of the proper execution of preventive maintenance work.

  4. Verification and monitoring of the correct execution of curative maintenance tasks to assign to staff

  5. Verification and monitoring of regularity and compliance with staff working hours (entry / exit hours)

  6. Distribution of days of on-call duty to staff

  7. Planning of scheduled stop work

  8. Document management

  9. Approval of annual and monthly preventive maintenance schedules.

  10. Executing plans and programs within the developed objectives

  11. Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates regarding work priorities and ensuring work is flowing smoothly

  12. Coordinating with the Procurement function to acquire change parts and maintenance requirements.

  13. Coordinating with QA for SOP’s finalization issues.

  14. Communicating with Change parts workshops.

Professional Knowledge:

• Knowledge in the systems such as ICH, GMP, GLP, WHO, International and EU Regulations, Ministry of Health Regulations

Requirements :

• Master’s degree (Master 2), engineering degree, or equivalent (5 years of higher education) in engineering or a related field.

  More than 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors.

  Excellent skills in team management and industrial project management.

  Proficiency in quality standards and regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical and medical industries.

  Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with rigor and a systematic approach.

  Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

  Proficiency in IT tools and production management software.
