Lead Strcutured Fire Safety Interface Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Fire Protection Supervisor to join our team for a major project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with fire safety standards and leading the coordination of all fire protection systems across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fire protection engineering activities, including fire detection, alarm systems, firefighting networks, smoke control systems, and egress strategies.

• Ensure adherence to NFPA standards, Algerian Civil Defence regulations, and other applicable international codes.

• Lead interdisciplinary coordination between fire protection, architectural, MEP, and ELV teams.

• Resolve interface and system integration issues across all project disciplines.

• Supervise testing, commissioning, and system handover processes.

• Coordinate with third-party certifiers and manage the process for obtaining Civil Defence approvals.

• Provide strong leadership to the fire safety team and ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in fire protection on large-scale infrastructure or healthcare projects.

• Expert-level knowledge of fire protection systems and life safety compliance.

• Proven experience with local authorities, regulatory approvals, and certification processes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
