Assistant Structured Fire Safety Interface Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Fire Protection Inspector to join our site supervision team. The selected candidate will assist in daily supervision of fire and life safety systems, ensuring full compliance with project requirements, approved drawings, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections related to fire and life safety systems.
• Prepare and update fire safety interface checklists.
• Track and follow up on punch points with contractors.
• Verify installation of fire sealants, fire dampers, detectors, and safety signage.
• Support coordination activities with MEP and ELV teams.
• Document non-conformities and assist in corrective action follow-up.
• Participate in fire safety walkthroughs and site audits.
• Assist in compiling documentation required for Civil Defence submissions and approvals.
• Read and interpret fire zoning plans and system interface drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site-based supervision of fire protection and life safety systems.
• Strong understanding of fire zoning, system interfaces, and safety documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary site teams.
