Main Tasks :

· Support on the project of BSS transformation— from business need identification to delivery, in alignment with strategic goals, timelines

· Define and document the target architecture for the BSS transformation program (CRM, Billing, Order Management, Product Catalog, etc.) and Organize and lead High-Level Design (HLD) workshops with internal teams and vendors.

· Lead the technical roadmap and the integration of BSS components into the existing IT ecosystem (OSS, network, ERP, etc.).

· Serve as the technical authority for internal teams, vendors, and system integrators.

· Evaluate proposed software solutions (COTS, custom development, SaaS) and recommend the most appropriate options.

· Ensure consistency of architecture decisions across projects and alignment with enterprise strategy.

· Participate in defining both functional and non-functional requirements.

· Support project teams in designing business processes supported by BSS components.

· Assess the technical and organizational impacts of new solutions.

· Contribute to performance, scalability, and security assessments.

· Produce architecture documentation and present it to key stakeholders.

· Manage project dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across multi-stream IT transformation programs.

· Proven ability to negotiate and structure SOWs.

Skills required:

  • Education level: BAC +5 University degree in engineering /information technology.
  • 7+ years’ experience on BSS solution system.
  • Strong knowledge on BSS solution architecture stack.
  • Strong experience, including managing complex contract fulfilment and large projects.
  • Deep understanding of telecom BSS domains, including CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, Billing & Charging, Revenue Management, Mediation, Invoicing, Collection
  • Knowledge of industry standards: ITIL, TM Forum, eTOM, 3GPP
  • Experience with One or more BSS platforms Netcracker, Ericsson Charging/BSCS, Huawei BSS or Oracle BRM
  • Familiarity with digital BSS, WebServices, Microservices, and containerized environments
  • Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills.
