Principal Missions :

The IT Demand Management Manager is the link between the company strategy and its execution, he is in charge of managing of all Business Demands and all functional Demands, he is also responsible for reducing and controlling Ericsson Budget by providing a suitable and optimized solution .

Main tasks :

· Act as Third Party, IT and business users SPOC for new IT products & Services demands

· In charge of Managing Third party resources

· In charge of Managing IT Demand Team and to support them

· Responsible for All Offers, Promotion, All Business demands and other entities Demand/Complexes Projects

· Responsible for All Functional projects related to DBSS Platform or IT whatever to implement new features or to optimize the existing features .

· Responsible for Functional Alignment Part across IT Digital Demand and Projects.

· Responsible for Offers alignment part across IT Digital Demand and Projects.

· Insure Business requirement gathering reflecting Third Party technical needs

· Administration of the DBSS Product Catalogue & Architecture impacts to ensure the overall coherence

· Insure full objectives alignment between IT, Third Party and business in term of needs & plan

· Maintenance and follow up on “ADM” process with suppliers

· Participate in Offer development and architect comity by providing a suitable architecture based on technical background.

Position Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in IT environment ,02 years’ experience in Management role
  • Education level: University degree (Bac + 5 Or More) preferably in engineering /information technology /computer scientist/electronics.
  • Project management skills .
  • Experience in mobile operator environment
  • IT service Management experience with Technical Background (ITIL..)
  • Mastering of Business and telecom concepts.
  • Hands on IT telecom technology and systems (OSS/BSS/ESS/VAS... )
  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and Proactive person.
  • Ability to handle conflicting situation.
  • Good negotiations skills and budget control .
  • Ability to build relationships with Thirds party and othe
  • a Very good professional behavior in dealings with Business and others IT entities
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Experience in conducting IT Complex Project
  • Linguistic skills: Fluent Aabic, French& English.
